Armağan Engineering and Consulting started providing services in electrical energy production in the 1990's when the private sector in Turkey started to build cogeneration plants.

Armağan specializes in preliminary analysis, feasibility studies, investigation of economic and suitable connection to the grid, consulting services on grid connection agreements, power plant concept design and general power plant design, preparation of tender specifications for electrical systems of the power plants, supervision and control of projects, licensing procedures, investigation for procedures for non-license power plants, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources projects and commissioning, operation of the cogeneration, biogas, wind, hydroelectric power plants and thermic power plants with gas turbines and gas motors.
